Great Product

Very impressed with these pans. Work wonderful for omelets and no oil frying. Made Alfredo sauce last night and no sticking and minimum cleanup. Great. Only reason for the "4" rating is because I'm somewhat concerned that the bottoms are going to get stained over time and I like to hang these pans from my over island rack. Want them to continue looking good. We'll see.

This pair of quality skillets should be in everyones kitchen. They are also of good size, easy to clean and maintain. And of course an excellent buy for the price.

I was kind of skeptical as I have never owned a piece of this cookware, but I kept an open mind. I was totally surprised at the high quality of this product which is only outdone by it's performance. Nothing cooked in these pans stick and the clean up is a breeze. Where has this brand been all my life!!!!

Fry or Burn?

I've had a lot of other Nonstick pans and not only were they cheap price wise, but they weren't balanced, didn't heat evenly, and didn't last. The Calphalon pans are nice looking, balanced, heat evenly, and wash up nicely. However, the large pan has raised specks on the surface as if sand somehow got in there when they were putting on the nonstick surface. I don't think this is normal since the smaller pan has a very smooth survace. But, the pan still performs well so I kept it. For the price.....I think these pans are a steal and would recommet them.
