I have several sets of Calphalon like these and find them great to cook with always. These are the best 2 sizes for most cooks. Easy to maintain, cleanup, and dependable. This completed my gift shopping. Cooking.com promised a 21st of December and that is exactly when they arrived... Way to go!!!

Almost Oilless Cooking

This duo was a great bargain for high quality pans. I use very very little oil and food slides right out.
Caution - make sure that you don't use any hard utensils. We use the smaller pan almost every day and we have never used metal utensils, yet it still chipped and scratched from using harder plastic utensils and bamboo. I recommend getting the soft flexible utensils for use with these pans.

These skillets are great pans. The price for these two pans made it impossible to pass up! These pans have a nice weight , not too heavy and not too light. They cook well and are easy to manage. Clean up is a breeze! No more eggs stuck to the pan! Love these pans! They are excellent!

Excellent cookware. Used in various cooking situations. Items can go from stove top to oven. I'm still experimenting with using in the different situations, but so far, so good. I like the set very much and will look into purchasing other Calphalon products.
