The pans were a gift for my husband whom does most of the cooking in our home. He hated the previous pans with the "nonstick" scratching and flaking off. He loved the pans and the handles did not get hot.

Greatest all-round pans!

This is my 2nd set in ten years! They wear like iron, and I had passed the old ones on. Very versatile from stir fry, to eggs, nothing sticks to the surface. Very thick metal and sturdy handles, and can be put in the oven to finish my fritatta.

I haven't owned the skillets long enough to speak to the durability of the non-stick.
I received them very quickly, sooner than was suggested when I ordered.

Larger pan arrived damaged

The larger pan arrived with the teflon scratched off. Your customer service has been very good, but it is a bit of a hassle to have to re-package and return. Overall, I love the pans but most importantly your customer service.

perfect for no oil added cooking - i love it!

Food just slides out of these pans. I haven't made such beautiful omelets in the past, and now I know it wasn't me, it was my pans. No oil added is great for my diet and clean up is a breeze. Easy to purchase and delivery was great. Products came in beautiful condition and I would recommend to anyone.

Great deal for the price

This is my first experience with these pans. I took the time to season them as this was mentioned as necessary on a cooking show. They achieve temperature quickly and cook evenly. The handles also stay cool during cooking. I love them.
