I ORDERED THESE SKILLETS TO REPLACE GREEEN PANS ,THAT PROMISED NON-STICK WITH NON-TOXIC COOKING. THE GREEN PANS DID STICK FROM DAY ONE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THESE CALPHALON PANS .THEY ARE NOT CHEEP QUALITY LIKE I WAS EXPECTING.NOTHING STICKS ,CLEAN UP IS A BREEZE. THANKS CAPHALON FOR ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE.

Lifetime warrantee on excellent skillets

These pans by Calphalon were an excellent value in February and I'm glad to have found them on cooking.com's website. I had a 12-inch skillet that needed to be replaced and this one is so much better and won't need to be replaced. The directions for care that came with the skillet set are very clear and easy to follow. Make sure you read and follow them if you get these pans. I appreciate that they are oven safe to 450 degrees F. This adds to their versatility. The edge of these pans is a little higher than most omelette pans but it's really no problem. When storing these pans it is imperative to cushion them if you are stacking them. I have placed "fitted" cardboard between them to eliminate scratches.

The Omelette Pan Set arrived well packaged. I have only used the little one so far, it cooked well, did not stick. Washed well in soapy water afterwards. I am very pleased with the pans.

I've bought two more of these sets as gifts because I appreciate the quality and ease of clean up after cooking in them. They are simply great! I bought a set for a dear friend and gave one to my daughter as well.
