A true non-stick pan. I didn't buy the lids, just use old ones I have. It's sturdy, Cleans easily. Glad I made this purchase!! Can cook with less oil now = healthier cooking!

I can't think of a single negative thing to say about these pans! The cooking was lovely, evenly heated, fast clean-up (and yes, stuff was burned), quick heating. Just wonderful all around.

I love these skillets ! The cook evenly and are a dream to clean. My only regret is I didn't order the lids. I don't know why. A senior moment I guess.

the pans are very well made, and cook good,and are very easy to clean, the only thing is that the big one is not balanced very well, it is very heavy from the handle, but it cooks great. All in all I love them.

New flat top electric ranges must have flat bottom pans and this product works
