I received a set of Calphalon as a wedding gift more than twenty years ago, but when my ex moved out he took the whole set with him. I've gradually been replacing my cookware as I can afford it and there was never a question of purchasing anything other than Calphalon. Best cookware ever! The 3.5 qt pan completed my set.

Lid does not "seal" shut

This is a great pot, unless you need the lid sealed shut. My rice does not cook as nicely because of this. I am disappointed.
