Versatile and Useful

This is a pan for every day use. It makes great fried chicken, casserole dishes and just about anything needing a deep skillet. I recommend to anyone for use and functionality. A Calphalon top star!

My GO-TO pan!!

Can't tell you enough how much I love this skillet. I use it for spaghetti sauces: a start-to-finish pan, all in one pan where I begin with sauteing garlic & onions,browning the sausage and then simmer the sauce for the perfect tasting sauce. I have bought one for a friend and she LOVES it!

Can Make Dinner Without this Pan

I have had this pan for a few months now and I is used every night when preparing dinner. It not only cleans up easy but I am able to brown my meats before putting in the oven and without it sticking. Will continue to use this until it needs to be replaced.

Purchased over a year ago...Use it at least once a week and the finish is still like new. Cleans up very well and is sturdy.

I haven't had the skillet too long but I love it and have used it several times. I am so impressed with the size--but am really pleased with the heat distribution. This skillet is capable of frying up a large batch of potatoes to a great crispy brown or browning meat to give a great color, etc. Also the packaging and shipping are above the norm.

I love the size of this pan. I made my egg fu young in it and they turned out great. My egg fu young did not stick in this pan.

Less cleanup work

Great fry pan with even heat glass cover non stick surface and ease in cleanup after using. For person who wants a quality product, which is hard to find in this day and age, this fry pan with cover will exceed your expectations.

I am a gardener and enjoy eating freshly-prepared vegetables. This skillet does an excellent job for sauteed vegetables and omelettes of all kinds. I especially like the evenness of the heat distribution and the super-easy cleanup. This is one of my three best Calaphon "go-to" products in the kitchen.
