This pan does everything it promised! My husband wanted a pan that was a bit larger than the other ones we had for doing chicken with sauces. It reduced the sauce faster and the shape made stirring the sauce a breeze.
We have owned Calphalon now for 16 years and have never been disappointed with the quality and their support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Favorite Pan!

I love this pan, we use it for everything...nothing burns or sticks. The capacity is wonderful, for example you can cook 4 porkchops & still add veggies or potatoes. The best part for me is the clean-up! It is so easy with damp clothe or papertowel. I have never had to soak overnight. I would recommend this (& have) to anyone.

I always have a use for this. I use it for everything from tomato sauce and meatballs to scrambled eggs and mushrooms. I have big eaters in my house and I needed a pan that was big enough for my one pan meals.

FABULOUS Pan! Use it nearly every day!

I received this pan as part of a cookware set for our wedding and we absolutely love it! It is so large and cooks evenly every time. I never have to worry about my food sticking to it, and can fit so much in here. I regularly entertain friends and I can make an entree fro 4 adults and 2 kids in this pan.
Cleaning is a breeze with the nonstick surface and I'm so glad I received this--I even get my husband to cook more often since we've received this! I'd highly recommend this pan as it's so versatile and reliable--I won't cook with anything else.

Nonstick Covered Fry Pan, (13-in.)

Good product. It has been changed so the sides are steeper. More like a skillet than a wok. This is an improvement. The nonstick surface fails after about 2 years of heavy use. This is our third pan. 13 in pans are hard to find. This is a good product for the price.

Wow...this pan is a whopper! The craftsmanship is what I expect from Calphalon. Great non-stick surface, good balance and a nice heavy bottom so no hot spots.
