Attractive and intuitively engineered

I bought this range because I wanted a dual fuel device. The cooktop is large and easy to clean. The oven is very effecient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I waited 3 months for this range. I've had for less than a month, the clicking sound from the oven while in use is annoying, why does this happen? While cleaning it I found one of the burners has a flaw in the finish and did get a replacement quickly. The 'stainless steel' on top under the grates EASY to scratch, must be cheapest produced, not like any stainless I've ever seen. I'm getting ready to call customer service because the clock loses nearly a minute a day.When the range got delivered I found out it was made in Mexico not in US as I was told.I went online to find out Cafe' products are made in Mexico by a Chinese company from Chinese parts.From what I see it seems to be way over priced.READ the reviews.

We are very sorry for the issues you've had and are glad to see that they were addressed quickly. It is normal to hear the temperature control click on and off during baking, broiling and self-cleaning cycles. Your range has been designed to maintain a tighter control over your oven's temperature. You may hear your oven's heating elements click on and off much more frequently than in older ovens. This achieves better results during baking, broiling, and self-clean cycles.

We apologize for the issues you are having with your clock. Before calling service, try resetting the electronics by flipping the breaker off for at least 5 minutes. Then restore power and set your clock. If this continues to happen, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and reaching out to GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737.

I bought this about a month ago and we love this range, my dual fuel slide in range cooks very evenly, the top is easy to maintain after cooking, the color and the design is beautiful,

Remodeling our kitchen and purchased two ovens (waiting on our backsplash). Extremely pleased! Love the griddle and temp probe features. Haven’t tested the wifi feature yet. No buyers remorse.

Not worth the money

I bought a kitchen full of cafe appliances. My wife wanted them for their looks. Beyond that there is little to recommend them. Their interfaces are surprisingly poor. It’s as though they wanted just do something different so it would seem it was worth all the money.
They don’t seem better than other less expensive appliances but except for the user interface there not much worse either. My wife likes that she can see the cooking time and temperature on her phone so she doesn’t have to go to the kitchen to check on things as often.
I’m trying to get the stove fixed. The display doesn’t work. It’ll be a month to get someone here to look at it.
You should know that the fridge uses their chipped water filter and that they enforce the purchase of their overpriced name brand filters and the fridge will nag you about until you buy another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this appliance in January 2021 during the height of Covid. Was advised that it may take extended time to receive due to covid. Received Cafe range in May and am very happy with it!!!! It fit right in with our remodel and couldn’t be happier with ease of use!
