This range has a lot going for it

I have had the dual fuel range for about a month now and here's my review:
Pros: Appearance is beautiful; 6 powerful burners from super hot to extra low; heavy duty burner grates that create uniform cooking surface from edge to edge; intuitive easy to read/navigate digital display; easy to clean cooking surface; huge oven; 5 rack positions. It looks and cooks like a dream too.
Cons: Performance issues: When the oven is on, the flame on the burners blow sideways, I guess from the oven vents? That's annoying. And like other reviewers mentioned the electronic igniter on the burner surface inexplicably starts clicking on and off for no reason when the some burners are lit. The caps are correctly seated and no explanation is given in the Trouble Shooting part of the manual. Since so many consumers mentioned this problem I would have expected GE to be all over this, but sadly no. So this is really annoying too. I plan to contact GE and see if they can advise, but overall, I would recommend this range.

Great Features

My husband does research when we buy new appliances. This stove is dual fuel & the oven is very large. As a matter of fact the oven is larger than most we have looked at. The flame lights right away and the top makes for easy clean up. The drawer on the bottom can also cook food up to 400 degrees. While cooking the top oven as well. The people at GE have really thought about what the consumer wants and kept that in mind. It was a little more than we wanted to spend but well worth it for all the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful. Quality.

So- I’ve only had it 3 days. But delivery was smooth. And it is a stunningly beautiful appliance. And the quality feels amazing. Metal knobs, sturdy door. Rack, etc. only thing is I don’t believe it came with an instruction manual so I will have to follow up with GE. Also a grill accessory is included. So I need to return the one I ordered in addition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great range - only few small gripes

This has been a great range Burners can go from boiling water fast to a very controlled simmer. Love the black out display when not in use. My only small gripes are that I wish the knobs had an LED light to let you know it's on (gas range). When using a simmer you can easily not notice the flame is on. The panel will stay in full display until turned off however. I also wish the rubber feet for the grills were attached to the actual grill bottom not the range itself. the grill bottoms can scratch the finish if not careful when removing for cleaning. Rubber feet on the bottom would help prevent this and scratching the counter as well.
We also wish all the racks had roller slides instead of just one rack.

Attractive and intuitively engineered
