Professional look but not imposing.

The range looks professional but not imposing. Cooktop is arranged well, giving enough space for various sized pieces with well thought out heat options. Control knobs feel finely tuned to the flame/heat indicated on the dial. Griddle works well.

We’ve had this for about a month and so far it works great! I haven’t really used the app features as they seem unnecessary. We upgraded from a pretty old oven so it’s been an adjustment. There are a lot of buttons and it’s easy to accidentally turn the oven off when you meant to turn the timer off and vice versa. I’ve also accidentally left the oven and/or stove on a few times as it’s so quiet. I imagine I will get used to that in time and it’s not really an issue with the oven itself. Overall so far we are pleased. I like the continuous grates on the stove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Commercial Quality At An Affordable Price

Having been without a gas range for over a decade, I knew what I wanted, and I knew what I didn't want. The Cafe' dual fuel 30" range checked all of the boxes for me, without the added price of more expensive ranges offered by other manufacturers. This range is solid, versatile, and has been a joy to cook and bake with in the short time that we've had it. I love the feel of the controls, straightforward design, and the combination of burners offers endless options for a variety of cooking methods. I highly recommend this range to anyone who is looking for that commercial appliance at an affordable price.

Must connect to the SmartHQ app

C2S900P002M2S1 - I would venture to say there are potential customers that would like to just get cooking and baking without having to get “connected”. The SmartHQ app is a royal pain and I have yet to get it working. Was so looking forward to the built-in air-fryer but come to find out I must be connected to WiFi before I can use this feature. Theres probably other features as well. Shame on me for not doing better due diligence. There may be info in the marking materials but I don’t recall seeing that. Hopefully in the future I can update this in a more positive light once we get the app up. 10/14/23
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
