Love using it, but scratches easily

I love using my gas stove, and the oven is great too. However, beware that the surface scratches very easy. For example, I was cleaning the top with a microfiber towel, and when I wiped away the crumbs, they literally scratched the surface. The scratches are very light, but they are still noticeable. Routine cleaning should not scratch the surface! Also, when you replace the grates after cleaning, be very careful so as not to scratch the surface. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't so easily scratched. The finish should be easier to maintain on an appliance that is used so often.

Multiple burner options, makes it easy to create a great meal. Touch pad controls are conveniently placed for oven, timer and temperature - and stay clean with a quick wipe

Great Stovetop

I love the 6 burner cooktop, I can fit more pans than I thought, as they don't bump against each other. The knobs are substantial and high quality, and having three grates is much easier to clean where you need to. However, I am disappointed in how easy it is to get scratches in the stainless steel top! I have done nothing to cause them and every day I see a new tiny scratch. I use a microfiber towel to wipe down, food crumbs should not cause this. The oven works well, but the display is very light, and numbers are small.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice and quiet

The convection feature is very quiet--much quieter than our wall oven by a competitor. There is plenty of room on the cook surface, although the burners do go right to the edge. Be careful not to have anything flammable on the counter near the burners, especially if the burners are on a higher setting. We also had to get an electrician to move the outlet behind the stove to be able to push it all the way in. However this is not the fault of the oven itself. We've had the oven of about 2 months and overall, this is a great oven so far.

Great Gas Range

We were looking for a gas range where the grate is not too high above the burner. This one meets our requirements. The other requirement was two burners in the center instead of a rectangular burner. This one also has that. So we were glad that this range was designed for practical use instead of just appearance.

We think the cooking surface and number of burners works great. In the beginning it was difficult to stabilize the oven temperature. It would run low even after adjusting the temp according to your manual. It seems to be working okay now.

The timer and bake time indicator isn’t loud enough. It’s hard to hear the little tinkling noise when timer or bake time is finished even when it’s set on the loudest setting
