So efficient

I like the dual fuel. Ive always cooked with gas, but i know that electric us more efficient for ovens. This range is incredibly efficient. Its easy to clean and i love that i can switch out the center grate and replace it with the grill. I also like the controls in the front.

So far, so good…with some minor issues

I love how the oven heats quickly and seems totally uniform. However, the racks are somewhat difficult to slide. Also, there is a clicking noise from a rear burner when the right front burner is turned to very low.

Dual fuel is great and like have six burners. Don't like the signature "cafe" trim on the handle and hate the fact that some baking features like air fry are only avilable through a wifi connection with a moble device.

Professional grade beauty and performance!

When our 20 year old dual fuel range started to have some concerning issues, I started researching possible replacements, intending to upgrade. From appearance to performance, the Cafe dual fuel range does not disappoint! From the high heat burner to quickly boil water, to the low simmer burner, I have tested all aspects of the range top (except the griddle yet, but plan to soon!). The oven performs exactly as expected and I’m excited to have the warming drawer for holiday meals. I am so pleased with the appearance of the Cafe that my husband and I decided to upgrade our countertops and sink to compliment!

Dual Fuel Convection

I replaced an older model that I loved that had a ceramic top that was cracked. I originally just wanted a new top, but since the model was so old, that became impossible. I love Cafe appliances and this range is just beautiful and very large. The warming drawer will be a great help during holidays and guest visiting. You will not regret buying this stove.

Not as great as expected

After looking at many, many ranges, we decided on the GE Cafe mostly because it seemed the most solidly built range on the market for the price point. It is not quite as great as expected, we have liquid propane and the unit was supposed to come with a conversion kit - it did not and it took about 2 months to finally receive the parts while it sat in my dining room. Once installed, the unit did cook well but the range top components are flimsy and cheap compared to my Kenmore Elite of 10 plus years ago. It's sad that manufacturers would rather cheapen their product than charge a bit more, I'd gladly pay for the quality that I expected with this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this range!

This range looks great in my kitchen! The oven heats up quickly and maintains an even temperature. The burners are ready to regulate and put out a ton of heat with propane fuel. It's super easy to use! The kitchen is a work in progress, but I'm happy to have a range after cooking in the garage for 4 months on a beat up electric burner!
