Design flaws

We ordered this and paid for it in November and received it about 2 weeks ago, almost 4 months. You need to be right next to the timer when it chimes or you won’t hear it, the racks were designed up side down. Basically, this was designed by a man who doesn’t cook.

Beautiful range with features

Love the look of the range and has a nice feature that turns on the over the range Cafe microwave light and fan when you turn on a burner. However, this feature has stopped working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Note: All over-the-range microwaves have an automatic fan feature to help protect the electronic components, and also helps the cooking area get rid of excess heat. The built-in thermostat automatically turns the vent fan on if the unit is too hot, and will not turn off until the microwave is cool again. You will not be able to turn the vent fan off manually during this time.

The auto fan feature doesn't turn on immediately when you turn on a burner. Only when the electronic components sense heat or steam and then the fan will come on. However the light will not turn on unless you turn the microwave light on. Defective when installed

This is probably an awesome range, all things considered. But ours is brand new, doesn't work properly, and we're a month in trying to get it repaired or replaced so it doesn't randomly ignite and spark. WHEN TURNED OFF. Not off to a good start. to say the least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello- We are so sorry to hear you've had this experience. We apologize for the issues you've had with your range and with service. This is a beautiful range and we would like to help! Typically when the burners are clicking while they are off it is due to either a spill on the cooktop or they were recently cleaned and there is a little moisture causing them to click. We recommend turning the breaker off for at least a day to allow them to dry out.

We’ve had gas ranges but this is a range of a lifetime! Not only beautiful but performs above our expectations. Nothing but perfection. Finally a range we love!

Amazing appliance!!

LOVE the gas stove! It heats so fast and evenly!! i wasn’t impressed with the griddle after the first use, but aster a couple uses, it’s awesome!! I love how the oven has a “pull out” shelf that’s movable and the oven heats very evenly. It’s also very easy to clean!! I highly recommend this stove!! We had a Samsung previously that was HORRIBLE!!
