Solid Range

I’ve had this range for 1 month. I did a lot of cooking and holiday baking in the last 30 days. The stove top burners and amazing. Center griddle option worked well but needs a bit more seasoning. That will improve over time. The knobs are so solid, and have a very high end feel! The stove seems to be baking at a bit below temp, but when I put an independent thermometer in it it was right on. I must say that the oven took longer to reach the desired temperature than the oven said it was. That would explain why cooking time on cookies was longer. Just let it preheat 2-3 minutes longer before using. My only beef with the range is the cheap feel to the oven racks. Only one is on rollers. The others drag out like a cheap apartment stove. Disappointing for a stove at this price point and is why it’s not a 5/5. Overall, I’m happy with this unit.

Very Happy Customer

I’ve been using this range for over three weeks now and couldn’t be more pleased. Per my own oven thermometer, the unit accurately holds temperature no mater what baking feature I’m using. The gas burners are sooo much better than my old Kenmore Elite. All of them are very responsive and provide an amazing temperature range. No more struggling to have a gentle simmer -even on the larger burners when making a big pot of chili. I used to have to move the pot around to different burners but not anymore!
Cast iron griddle is very nice and I find the 2 burners (as opposed to an oval I used to have) provide a more even heat and I no longer have to rotate pancakes-yay!
Haven’t used the warming drawer yet but it’s nice to have if I need it. Keypad is intuitive and easy to use. Couldn’t be more happier with this purchase.

Transitioning from electric cooktop to gas stove was my goal and am very happy with this range! The controls are easy to use/read and range top very easy to clean! Electric Oven a bit slower to preheat vs. my previous electric oven but considering all the other features, it does not detract from my overall 5 star review.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the griddle

The oven pre-heats so much faster than my previous one and it cooks evenly. But my favorite feature is the griddle which I love to use. Makes great pancakes!

I Love my Dual Fuel Range!

The Café Dual Fuel range is absolutely beautiful! The gas cook top works great with 6 burners or 4 burners and the griddle. We rated it a 4 because the oven temperatures seem to vary and the usual recommended baking times on recipes either need to be extended by quite a bit or shortened.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible oven. overheats

Purchased in January 2024 to replace 2007 GE Cafe Dual Fuel. Oven temperature keeps increasing over time. Company refuses to admit this is incorrect. Answer center states temperature should fluctuate above and below the temperature setting. My oven keeps increasing in temperature and never fluctuates. Will overheat if left on for extended period. Very dangerous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
