Useful Griddle

Came with my apartment and was one of my top considerations when apartment shopping. Griddle is super convenient; I've used it for searing meats, making pancakes, warming tortillas, etc. Also I like the variety of burner sizes; can heat a stock pot quickly or make stovetop espresso. I would like to purchase a shorter probe thermometer as the included one reads too hot for small cuts of meat.

Absolutely love my new Cafe range

I am thrilled with my new Cafe range. I chose the dual fuel since I like electric oven with gas cook top. It cooks and bakes evenly. It’s the nicest looking and working range out there I believe.

Stove top scratches easily

We found the stainless steel on the top is prone to scratch very easily. We have been very careful and followed the manufacturers directions on cleaning. On one occasion I wiped up a spill with a paper towel and it scratched.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Performing like a champ

I am writing this review now that I have had it just over a month and have been able to use nearly all of its functions. This is my second dual fuel set up, so I had some ideas of what to expect. It heats up pretty quickly and maintains solid/consistent temps in each of the oven functions. The lower warming drawer is very helpful when I am preparing several sides and need to keep them warm before serving the entire meal. The six burner stove top is really well laid out for this size unit and it performs quite well. It should be noted that I had this unit converted for LP and it does well. I especially like the design of the left front burner as it has a burner in a burner design to manage low simmer to high flame settings, providing numerous cooking possibilities. I truly hope to get many years of flawless performance.

Very good range and oven with two flaws .One is with the oven .When heating up and cooling down it makes a bang at roughly 130 degrees and sounds like the expansion of metal.Whitch makes you jump .The other issue is with the Microwave /oven we purchased a Ge Cafe microwave/oven//vent to go with it does not have a strong enough vent for the matching range
