We bought ours a few years ago and are content, not happy. After a month or so the top started to stain around the burners and we are unable to remove the stains. We also experienced the phantom clicking while cooking, it comes and goes. The burners are huge which causes the heat to come up the sides of our pots and pans which makes it difficult when handling them due to possibilities of burns. The stove looks awesome, it really does. However, I don’t think that is worth the expensive price tag.

Must use Wi-Fi to use any of the features.

Using Wi-Fi to use all of the features, even basic cooking features should be an elective convenience, not a requirement to use this range. This is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.

Most features can be operated using the control panel, while others, such as the air fry feature, are newer and issued through online updates. They do require wi-fi to be enabled. Very stylish

Had the stove on only 4 weeks. So far so good only criticism is that it did not come with an owners manual. It’s a beautiful looking stove.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome when i dont have error code

I bought this a month ago. Was very happy with oven and range until I received an Fault 200 set error constantly. Would wake me up overnight randomly. I wanted to take a baseball bat to it. I understand it has some type of warranty but just after 1 month and spending good money for this oven and it has an issue already, not happy.

It used to be that when you bought a range!

Years ago when you bought an appliance you owned that appliance, and you had complete control over that appliance.
With this appliance, and so many others, this is no longer the case.
With it's necessity for a wifi connection in order to implement all of the features you are at the mercy of the internet.
This stove can be rendered inoperable for any reason whatsoever with a simple program change. The government can decide that you are using too much gas, or eating too much they can and will shut off your range.
While it is working I will say that I am happy with it. I'm just not sure how long this corrupt administration will allow me to keep using it before they shut it down!
