Expensive Big Mistake!

Poor quality. Inconsistent temps. Difficult to clean (especially between knobs). Racks stick and do not glide easily, yech told me to oil the grates! I’ve never heard of that before. My other range had all glide racks. Very difficult to see through dark glass and light isn’t sufficient enough to light interior. Again, the tech said that’s a known issue. The “stainless steel” is such a low grade it scratches with the lightest touch, and stains. I can’t get the interior racks level, I’m a professional baker and all of my cakes are coming out horribly uneven. I even had it professionally leveled in my home. If I could give zero stars I would. The incredibly lacking quality of this range is shocking for the price. It’s reminiscent of ranges found in apartment rentals!

Great product

Great product and I like all the features. The only caveat is the touch screen on the front. When we go very near, it accidentally touches the screen and something or the other is on and have to cancel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic Product

Fantastic product. Gas top and electric oven is perfect for my needs. Versatile convection and regular oven options are perfect. Gas burner designs are phenom. I can boil a pot of pasta water in 3 minutes. It took 20 minutes on the old stove. Haven't used griddle or warming drawer yet. Quality is exceptional. The only downside was getting the 9 trillion legal notices and stickers off the thing. Cafe.... shoot your lawyers and hire some more creative engineers.

GAS LEAK IN BOTH RANGES OF THIS MODEL I HAVE OWNED

There may be a CONSUMER SAFETY ISSUE connected to this model! I have owned two ranges of this model, one after the other. The first one leaked gas after 7 years and was replaced, with GE giving me partial credit on my loss. The second leaked gas after only 4 1/2 years. GE consumer relations department has been horrendous to work with. I was supposed to have the range repaired today but that was botched due to GE spelling the name of my street incorrectly. GE now doesn't return my calls.

WHY IS IT SO DEEP??!!

3 stars isn't quite accurate since I haven't used the range yet, but I had to give a rating. Got installed today. It sticks out 2"!!! Why would it not be made to align with the standard counter depth of 24"-25"? I replaced a different range with this one and the previous one didn't stick out. It looks silly and unnecessarily takes up space in my already smallish kitchen. Kind of bummed. :(

I hate this product

I use the stove very heavily, daily. The burners are hooked up to propane and are pathetically feeble. Don't bother trying to stir fry, because as soon as food goes in the wok the temperature in the pan takes so long to return that you get steamed vs. fried food. As for boiling water for pasta, plan on starting at least 30 minutes before you want to boil anything. The electric oven is not much better and takes for ever to get to temperature and then when measured the temperature is way off - not too great for a homemade pizza! My stove has been serviced more than four times, and I hate it with a passion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Designed obsolescence at a premium price.

Do not buy this range. I have its predecessor, less than eight years old, and they have discontinued making service parts. Knob surrounds are broken and melted; control board will no longer allow the main oven to heat. Can't replace the control board because it is no longer in production. So after spending literally thousands of dollars, after just eight year it is non-serviceable.

Love this range!

We are very happy with this range and it's features. Our home is serviced by propane, so we liked the dual fuel option to cook with gas on top and bake with electric. Also love the griddle feature!
