Long awaited upgrade

I feel so fortunate to have found this range, it's delightful! It's got all of the features, but it's subtle design doesn't reveal it as fussy in anyway. For instance, the control panel is only on while engaged... which can be done remotely. And it's solid, from top to bottom which includes a warming drawer. We were told no ovens vent out the bottom like our old Dacor from 20yrs ago, but the top vent isn't bothersome like we worried it might be. And although the oven elements are enclosed for easy cleaning, the top could be also (for quick cleaning). The copper accent we landed on is metal of love.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So dissappointed

We got this range in July 2023and we’re no to impressed with the quality. The top of the stove has scratches from moving the grates on and off, there is rust around one of the burners, and the disc over the gas burner was marred and the oven temp was off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No operator's manual, you have to go on line in order to learn how operate it. You have to get the app to use it. Then you ask me about a extended warranty, why when the stove it replaced was 20 years old and was still working with no problems. We just wanted an upgrade. So now I'm worried that the product isn't any good if you need an extended warranty'
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great range!

This range works great. I love the variety of burners so I have choices of how much power I need to cook things. Baked many batches of goodies for Christmas and the oven was on target with times that recipes called for. The air fryer is great. I haven't used the warming drawer yet.

Poor construction

Bought this stove in 2000 and it has not worked right since I have had it. All the burners try to ignite when I only have one burner on. The service people have been out several times and tried various things to address the problem. I would never recommend this stove to anyone. It is not a cheap stove.
