I bought this just a couple of weeks ago. The only thing I dislike is the volume on the timer is too quiet on the highest volume setting.

Best stove I have ever owned. Everything works so well. Knobs, racks, and controls feel high end and this stove is just beautiful. I love the customization that is available and am planning on getting the copper knobs and handle to match my farmhouse copper sink.

Incredibly poor service

Purchased over two months ago. Took a month to arrive which was expected. It died first use. Took a week to schedule a tech. He went to the wrong place. Then did not come but ordered the parts to repair. They turned out to be the wrong parts which was discovered when the next tech arrived another week later. Waiting on third tech to return next week to supposedly fix the unit. No one shows any interest in quickly resolving this issue and we have not been able to use the range yet. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this gas range!

We ordered this gas range and had it professionally installed about six weeks ago. If a range can be pretty, this Cafe freestanding range really is. It looks classy, very nice, and I love cooking on it. We switched from a flat top electric range to this one. Wow!! I am horrible about boiling things over or burning toast in the oven....so far I've done neither one. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I'm enjoying everything about it. The griddle is nice, and I really like the little copper band on the oven handle! It's a nice touch.
