Loving the ease of use and the convection feature as well as the steam cleaning capability. Gas is certainly the way to go for even cooking and quick heat.

Love but Control Panel Quit Working

I've been dying to own a convection oven with a gas cook top for years. I finally got this model about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, the whole control panel quit working and is completely black. Nothing happens when I push any of the buttons. I've gone through all of the checks and even had a repair specialist out and it is definitely broken. Fortunately, the power still goes to the unit, so I can light the burners and use those. I've been trying hard to find the part number for the control panel so my husband can try to replace it because I really do love the unit as a whole and really don't want to buy anything different. This one has all of the features I want. I double checked and this is the correct model - CGB500P2MS1.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good looking made poorly

Very nice looking store but put together poorly. Opened the box and screws were falling to the ground. Converting it to propane was a nightmare cause the direction are written poorly. Everything seems very flimsy. Was hoping it would be nicer than what it is. The money you pay for this brand, I was hoping for better quality.

I have cooked on a gas stove top before but not a gas oven. I was nervous about it at first. I really love it and we use the air fryer feature more than I thought.
