I absolutely love this product. It’s so big compared to my old one and cleans very easily. My only complaint about it is that it scratches on the stainless steel very easily.

I took a risk of ordering online without seeing an actual model. After reading reviews and technical info online, I took a deep breath and clicked to order. Once my Cafe 36 was installed, it was everything I wanted and expected. The burner tops are perfectly distanced from each other and are quite easy to operate, and they heat up rapidly. So pleased with this purchase...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN AN APPLIANCE IN MY LIFE. THIS COOK TOP IS BRAND NEW AND I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT AFTER THE FIRST WEEK. THE BURNERS DIDN'T WORK. THE BRIDGE DIDN'T WORK FROM DAY ONE! AND THE HOT LIGHT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO STAY ON AFTER YOU TURN THE BURNER OFF TO LET YOU KNOW THE BURNER IS STILL HOT GOES OUT AFTER TWENTY SECONDS!!!!! I TIMED IT. I AM TOLD THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO GET A NEW COOKTOP. THAT IT CAN BE FIXED. WITH THAT MUCH WRONG WITH IT AFTER ONLY ONE WEEK, I BELIEVE THAT THIS UNIT IS NO GOOD AND I SHOULD BE GIVEN A NEW ONE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
