[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only 2 racks and bottom rack doesn’t hold a large cookie sheet. Air fryer doesn’t pre heat therefore doesn’t cook or crisp food.

We’d like to assist with this issue you’re having with Air Fry not cooking and crisping your food. No Preheat Air Fry is designed to not require preheating and to use hot, fast-moving air to surround the food and provide crispy results. Truly impressed, replaced an old kenmore which I would always question the accuracy of the cooking temperature. The new oven works like charm easy to use with the digital display. Highly recommend it. One disappointment the lack of a roasting pan have keep using my kenmore pan.

You people are a pain, no hard copy of the instructions on how to operate your product. To register your product you have to jump through hoops for you not to sell your information.
