Fantastic oven

This oven is amazing. The wi-fi function for remote starting is AMAZING! The touchscreen controls are so nice, and the oven also cooks SO well. The slide out racks make taking heavy things out a breeze. LOVE this GE Cafe oven...looking forward to updating the rest our kitchen with GE Cafe appliances!

Love this oven!

I have been trying to get ovens that work right since May.... these finally turned out to be great. Temperature is accurate. Convection works great.

Unreliable temperature probe

One of the features I was most looking forward to was the probe; however neither it or the oven user manual were shipped with the ovens. The manual never has been provided, but the probe was sent. What a disappointment! The probe is wildly unreliable to the point of being unusable. I now rely on my instant-read thermometers. I also find that the preheat time is much longer than my old oven. The best feature of the ovens is the display.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean lines - Platinum Glass

After adding the Cafe Platinum refrigerator to our kitchen this was definitely necessary upgrade. Even cooking, controls are easy to use. Clock readout is large yet tasteful.

Good overall

I’ve mostly been using this to make cookies for the holiday as we had it installed right before the holidays. I’m still getting used to the convection using the multi rack bake setting. I’ve never had a convection oven before. I’m a little disappointed as it still doesn’t bake evenly. But much better than a traditional oven.
