Beautiful Design, Easy Controls, Slow to Pre-Heat

This oven is beautiful and spacious. The simple "timeless" design works well with other appliances and adds a modern touch. The sliding rack is the awesome (slides easily even with my heavy Dutch oven on top of it) - I wish the oven came with two (2) sliding racks instead of just one, but you can move it to place it in either upper or lower oven.
The controls are easy to understand - you can learn the features in mere minutes, no need to pour over the instruction manual. There are two timers - 1) a generic timer (works whether the oven is on or off, and any cooking continues when the time is met), and 2) a "cooking timer" (oven shuts off when the time is met).
The windows on the oven doors are nice and big, and the interior lighting is flattering to the food - so you can easily monitor cooking progress.
The only drawback is that the oven takes a long time to pre-heat - at least 30 minutes for moderate temperatures. This is because this oven uses lower amps than conventional ovens - the lower amperage helps protect the internal electronics (in case of a power surge), but it means that the oven doesn't have as much juice to get up to temperature. Wish we had known that in advance - it makes a big difference in prep time. We use a small countertop oven for quick meals and reheating food - if we don't want (or have time) to wait for the Cafe oven. We were hoping to get rid of the countertop oven, but Cafe doesn't have the speed we sometimes need.

Roller racks scratches paint when adjusted

The rolling racks supports are so tight they scratch off the paint when they are inserted and changed in position. The installer pushed them in . When we adjusted we used cooking oil to lubricate but is still very tight and will probably scratch if moved

Disappointed in smart feature

I bought this beautiful oven in the white and copper handles and I was super excited for it to be a smart oven, so when I am on my way home from work I can preheat the oven so it’s ready for dinner as soon as I walk in the door. However, you have to hit the “remote enable” button every single time you use it if you want the smart feature to work. So, if I click the remote enable button, and someone simply opens the oven door, it disables it again. So much for being smart. As far as the app working to control the oven, it does work well if you remember to push that button after every use. Also, as you can see in the pictures, my cabinets are an off-white, so the white color of the oven is a very true white, just FYI. It makes more of a difference with the refrigerator as there’s much more white exposed. It blends fine, but definitely a difference. I do love that each oven has its own timer, I love the probe, and the top rack of each oven slides on ball bearings and it works beautifully. The lower racks are just standard metal on metal, and they kind of screech and wobble out, but I don’t use them that much anyway. If you’re buying this oven just for looks, it is quite beautiful, just don’t buy it if you absolutely have to have the smart feature and might not always remember to turn it on every time you open the door.

Temperature is too inconsistant

The oven temp is often wrong, but more frustrating, is inconsistent. If you adjust the temp for one use, it isn't the same next time you bake. My wife does a lot of baking and complains about it either being too hot or too cold.

Easy to use

Bought this unit because it resembled the double 27" DACOR oven coming out. It was also the only one that we liked that had a chance to fit into the space left by the previous oven. It also is supposed to be reliable.

Hasn’t worked since installed!

When it was installed, something inside “popped” when the power was turned back on. A couple of parts have been ordered, but haven’t arrived yet. Plus, once the parts arrive, that may not fix the problem. We have been without an oven for over two weeks and are probably in for at least two more weeks!
