Why WiFi

We are very happy with the oven but were given no choice but to set up the wifi during installation. The installers could NOT get everything set up without us hooking up the wifi and using the app. I don't mind this but I should have been able to set up the over WITHOUT linking to the internet.

Expensive for the results

Took ten minutes past the time the bell told me it had reached temperature to actually get to the required temperature. Had five oven thermometers to check it. Took twice a long on regular bake to bake my scones! Oven space is smaller than Kitchen Aid and has only two racks. Racks are very difficult to put in and take out!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we're sorry it seems to take longer than normal to cook your food, the racks are difficult to use, and the size is not as you expected. We understand how that would be frustrating and would love to help.
It may take the oven longer to preheat due to cookware, type of food, and the different cooking modes. Specific cooking modes use different preheat methods to heat the oven for the particular cooking mode. Some modes will take longer than others (i.e. convection bake multi). Also, frequent door openings will remove heat from the oven extending the preheating time.
The material, finish, and size of cookware affect baking performance. Dark coated dull pans absorb heat more readily than light, shiny pans. If using dark and coated cookware, check food earlier than the minimum cook time. Shiny pans can produce more evenly cooked baked
goods such as cakes and cookies. Glass and ceramic pans heat slowly but retain heat well. Air insulated pans heat slowly and can reduce bottom browning.

Regarding the racks, you can put some vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel and rub it onto the left and right edges of the racks for easier sliding. You may learn more about the racks on page 12 of the owner's manual.

Easy to use. Very Accurate Baking

This oven works easily and flawlessly. Intuitive features are simple. Oven temps and recipes are very accurate. Only downside is it came with only one gliding rack and regular racks are hard to slide with out using veggie oil.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It really is a beautiful appliance, I got it in stainless steel and even though the rest of my appliances are in the matte black, everything matches perfectly. The digital features are great for both ovens and the baking is amazing. I don’t care for the inside racks, one rack fits so tightly that it’s impossible to get in an out the other ones tilt forward slightly, so light cookie sheets slide out as you’re opening the door.
