Beautiful and functional

Oh my goodness I love my new ovens! I have had relatively high-end wall ovens before that are 1. noisy and 2. don't keep accurate temps especially when both ovens are in use at the same time. The Cafe is whisper quiet, pre heats efficiently and, very importantly, maintains accurate temps even when the top is roasting and the bottom is warming or baking something delicate like a cheesecake. The app is a feature I wasn't so sure I'd care so much about. However, the 'smart' functions are actually quite a nice and unexpected delight!

This oven is totally digital and very confusing. I baked a small pizza in it today and it would not tell me anywhere how to turn off the oven!!! Also, the computer changes back to the previous screen while you are trying to figure out where to go next. Extremely user unfriendly.
Too many bells and whistles want you to control it from your phone etc. That's a bunch of crap!!!

For the issue with switching off a cooking mode, we would recommend pressing "Cancel" to switch off the oven. I originally ordered the black/platinum model (and paid in advance). After waiting 4 months for my oven, I was told it had been discontinued. I settled for the stainless steel. Beware--Cafe's stainless steel does not match any other maker's stainless steel. It looks terrible in my kitchen and I get mad every time I look at it. But it cooks great

Bought to replace a Profile double oven that had an insidious low hum that no engineer in Christendom has figured out how to solve. (We checked. Everywhere. Husband dismantled twice, to no avail.)
So thankful for the new oven, we can barely tell it’s running!

It is a great oven that does the job RIGHT!

I was looking for a professional oven so that I can make breads, cakes and pastries. Correct and consistent temperatures are incredibly important. I also am limited to a 27 inch oven. Based on features and other reviews, I purchased the Cafe. I am so glad that I did as it is a delight to use.
