Wrong screws to attach bottom trim

I received and installed this oven (model PTS7000SN4SS), but the screws to attach the bottom trim are too large and don't fit the holes on the oven. I contacted GE, and they sent me another pair of screws, but again they are too large and don't fit the hole. So I have been unable to attach the bottom trim to the oven.
