Close but no cigar

It has the “must features” I wanted. But disappointed in the way it works. The “must features” no buttons or handle, and convection. So it has those not many Other ovens do. It’s pretty enough. BUT it takes forever to get to temperature, it cooks really unevenly so for baking it’s a bust. There are always a few cookies that are sacrificed. It takes forever to cook down. The fan runs for hours after you turn the ice. Off. And it face if the control panel vibrates something bad. So it’s has this constant vibrating noise. Which you have to keep pressing it to stop it from vibrating. It stops briefly then starts up again. So I’m sad this is my oven. The GE repair man is coming out today to look at it. So we’ll see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm in love with my oven!

This has to be the single best oven I have ever owned, it's super intuitive and I love the touch features! I love that I can control it remotely through the SmartHQ app. This oven is amazing, and it is so simple and easy to use. Thank you GE for making an amazing product, as always!

Great product the easy out rack glides work great when baking three trays of cookies using the convection mode they all bake evenly.

A convection oven was a must for us but, since we bought this, we've also discovered the joys of air frying. We love this feature which requires no pre-heating. Some control pads on appliances can be confusing but we found the touch-pad on this oven to be very easy and intuitive to use. We like the fact that we can connect the oven to our wifi and control it with our phones. The phone app is also intuitive and easy to use. One thing the owners manual doesn't explain, nor does the online literature, is that, if you want to be able to connect to the oven with more than one phone, both users have to connect to the same account. This took a lot of Google searches for me to finally figure out. However, the account does allow each user to login with his or her own email address, so the oven alerts will go to all phones. We can also use voice commands to control the oven with our Google Home device. For example "Hey Google, preheat the oven to 350 degrees". Again, the instructions from GE are very poor in telling you how to set up the Google Home device to work with it, but I was eventually able to figure it out. I still haven't been able to figure out how to getting working with our Alexa device, but as long as it works with Google, that's all we really need.

Worth the Installation Hassle!

Once we finally had it installed, I am thrilled with this oven! We replaced a 30" GE wall oven; however, this unit is narrower & deeper than its predecessor, which required relocating the electrical box, adding support boards underneath, & crafting trim for the sides. Unfortunately, the bottom trim piece that was included is stainless steel, not the black slate, so we are trying to get the correct color piece from GE. Could not really tell it was the wrong color at first, as it was covered with blue plastic film. Finally used it yesterday & am very satisfied! Was leery about others' comments about long preheat time. Nope! It was about 1/2 the time of my old GE wall oven. Even gives you a warning when there's a minute left on the timer, and the end of time sound can be heard from 2 rooms away. Made some creme brulee & a blueberry pie - both turned out perfectly with the stated baking time & temperatures. No complaint about the air that is exiting the bottom of the oven, either. Highly recommend this, but be prepared to accommodate a slightly different sized oven. Would have given it 5 stars if it truly fit where a previous 30" GE had been & if it had the correct color trim.

Looks great and has great features

Features are great. It just takes a long time to preheat sometimes. Plus, the selectable temperatures are 25° increments. I can’t set it in between those numbers if I wanted to. I’ve had it for less than a month so far and so far, I like it.

Okay oven but preheats very slow
