I wish my old Profile oven hadn't died after 10 years, necessitating this new purchase, but since I had to get a new one...I've only had my new oven for a month or so, but it's been great so far. I really like the "precision cooking" feature which lets me know which positions the racks should be in for various foods, and even though I haven't used them yet, I really like the air fryer and proof options. The oven seems to heat evenly, and I like the intuitive controls for the timer, cook timer and oven light. I took off one star because while the slide out rack is nice, it takes up a lot of space underneath so it's not as convenient when using 2 racks. I wish the oven came with a 3rd regular rack so I could remove the slide out one when needed and have a more basic oven set up (using the slide out rack, cookies in the top position get done before the ones on the bottom). The precision cooking display asks how many racks you're using and the options are 1,2 or 3 so maybe my oven was supposed to come with a 3rd one and I just didn't receive it?
