Stopped working BEFORE first use

Installed professionally. Touchscreen stopped working after 4 days. Never even used. Light inside comes on when I open the door but oven is completely useless without touchscreen. App says oven offline. What a sick joke this is after waiting 2 months to get it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I want to give this oven a good review. The features I am able to use work great. However, I am unable to use the air fryer feature and the precision cooking features without being connected to the internet. Really??? I live in an area with poor internet so i am unable to use 2 of the features I paid for. Sad that GE programs appliances this way. Absolutely no reason to need the internet for air frying!!

Great Smart Features

I love my new oven. It is easy to use. I get a message on my phone when my oven timer goes off, allowing me more flexibility while I cook or bake. The only features that have been problematic and the reason I did not give 5 stars is that the Precision Cooking for my steak did not work correctly and led to dry, overcooked meat with a strange texture. Also, it tells you the weather for the day and week which is really convenient but the daily weather appears to get stuck sometimes and lose accuracy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice oven - lousy software

The air fryer feature is outstanding.
But as a software and IT professional for more than 30 years, the WiFi software configuration and linkage may be the worst I've seen.
It was a real hassle connecting my cell phone with the oven. Then when I am away from the appliance for a few days, the oven forgets all its settings and requires reconfiguring the connection from scratch. When the power drops (e.g., summer thunder storm), it's another do-over required. I've given up. It's not worth the hassle.
