Great oven. Wrong trim kit

Loving this oven so far but the trim kit that came with the oven was the wrong one. It’s been a hassle trying to get a new one sent. Ordered the GE profile appliance package and considering cancelling if we can’t get the new trim kit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great replacement for our old GE Profile built in

This is the same model oven that came with our home, but the new one has great new features, including the Smart HQ smart phone app.

Damaged frame

Damaged frame… considering the fact that are brand new oven‘s stone with a damaged frame and now we have to wait for a brand new one… And who knows when that will be, not too happy. The only places that I’ve been able to use it a few times and it appears to work hot so when cooking anything I would watch whatever you’re cooking and back off the time. I’ll write a new review when I have a product that is the way it should be .

Dead On Arrival - Needed mainboard and touch panel

Oven was unresponsive at initial hookup. Verified proper power was provided then called GE service. Technician concluded it needed a new main board and touch panel. Parts were ordered and it took over a week for them to arrive. Parts were installed now the oven works great. We have used it for a few weeks now and have no complaints so far. Let's hope that this issue was a one time event.
