Love the touch screen super easy to use. It’s still brand new and it’s summer and it’s my 2nd oven so it has only been used twice bit love it. I will use it more in the winter but works great.

The product looks great and is easy to use but after having it installed for one week it is not working. I keep getting an error message that the door is open (but it is not) and the oven light won’t turn off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For what this oven cost, I was expecting it to be feature perfect. But i t has some issues - probably software related. 1. There is no convection button. You have to start out in the convection bake mode. You can't simply turn the convection on/off as needed - you have to cancel what you are doing and begin all over again. 2. It took me 3 days to find the cook time feature. That's because it is displayed in a color nearly identical to the background color. It's practically invisible. And once you find the timer and activate it, it appears in a tiny display sort of truncated against other items. 3. I am still trying to find the delay start timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am excited to download the app and get started on all it can do. I thought having an app for appliances was ridiculous, but it helps get dinner started while I am out on a bike ride, exercising, whatever, if I know dinner will be chaotic and it usually is.
