Second Time’s A Charm

Four star only because of the hassle of having to have the oven installed twice. Replaced an old GE oven with this new one. Original oven did not work out of the box! The electronic display kept displaying the message “configuring your oven” but the message never stopped. My dealer delivered a new oven the next day, which worked perfectly. After using the oven for about a month, it is great. Cooks evenly, is easy to use and has some good features my old oven didn’t have. I really like the slide out oven rack, makes it really easy to place large or heavy things into the oven.

Our old oven started to flake out, so we went to our favorite appliance store and shopped a range of brands. This GE stood out as a decent value, had good looks, and if I was going to buy new, it had to be "connected". I did my research and this oven had most of what we wanted, plus the (few) online reviews were favorable. A few days later, the oven was installed. "Alexa, ask Geneva to set the oven to 325". Sure, I can be lazy and the oven is right there. But if my hands are gooey, this makes it simpler and should stay cleaner (if I can get my wife to use Alexa ;). Or if I am upstairs and it's time to preheat, this is very convenient.
I have yet to try some features but looking forward to the Air Fryer and Steam Clean.
Likes - nice looking with a clean interface, easy to clean front panel, steam clean (haven't tried that yet), easy (enough) to setup connectivity, VERY quick preheat, slide out rack included in price.
A few things that can be improved: daylight savings time support (I mean really, you already ask time zone and sync the clock to the internet); add your own recipe support - the ones that are built in are really limited (to be kind); offer an air fryer rack accessory like the "F" brand has; miss our old chicken and turkey mode (set by weight) but we'll get over that. No broiler pan included but we still have our old one and don't use it often. Racks are a little more difficult to slide in and out than our old brand oven.

Heats quickly!

It heats up much faster that the Dacor it replaced. It has very modernized features, with WiFi connectivity and a great screen. Well done, GE!

People comment how nice the oven looks, the clock really stands out when oven is not in use, very suttle. The performance of the over is great, no complaints.
We mounted under a GE cooktop.

Love the air frier and convection bake.

Very nice oven. Love the air frier option and the convection bake option. I bake seven cakes every week for our church. I love the multi rack convection bake as I can bake four 16x9 sheet cakes at one time.

Nice oven

Oven works well. It bakes cakes and pies very well with even cooking and my pie crusts don;t burn The wifi connect is a little ridiculous as first, I would never turn my oven on without checking what was in it first and second, the provided recipes only work if you have our phone on you. There is no pizza setting and for the most part a lot of the features will remain unused. The price of a single wall oven is insane. I could have nearly bought a 30" Cafe range for the same price. Unfortunately, the hole in my wall takes a wall oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the design, really slow to heat up

I always have had such good experiences with GE profile appliances, so was happy that the new oven was within our price range. Overall it seems great, I love the rack design. It is however extremely slow to heat up compared to the prior one.

A most satisfactory purchase

This oven (as well as a cooktop) replaced my 46 year old harvest gold appliances. I have had lots of fun learning all of the great features--air fryer that makes really crunchy french fries, European convection for flaky pastries, proofing for yeast breads. It is a pleasure to use.
