I absolutely love how easy it is to use this oven. The amount of features are amazing. I have also come to appreciate the "smart" features such as being notified when the preheat has finished or when the timer goes off. Worth every cent.

Love the air fryer mode. Chicken turned out very moist. The display is very easy to use to set the oven. Have not baked in it yet.

Oven is great, app is non-functional

Focusing merely on the product (but will comment on the app later since it's part of it). I have 2 of these ovens, one on the wall and one below my cooktop. First off, they are GORGEOUS. Sleek, modern, fits our decor well. I've used one or the other daily since installed a few weeks ago. I love the touchscreen, very responsive. Lots of programs, I haven't had a chance to try them all out. Seems to do a better job at not heating up my house the way my old oven would.
One of the selling points for me, however, was the app. I thought it would be great to be able to preheat my oven from someplace else, but it doesn't work. I put in all the information and it shows my oven, but when I try to use it the program sends me back to log-in and never connects. Hopefully it will be resolved in time, I will keep trying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The oven is fine but I'm not sure of company service right now. First the bottom trim plate included with the oven was not the right one; I have yet to receive the right one.(but I did get a grill meant for someone else). I asked for a printed user manual and what I got was a manual for a gas cook top. I haven't had a chance to really use the oven as we left for a extended vacation shortly after installation so can't really testify as to the quality; I just hope it's better that the parts/shipping department.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
