I spent big money on my last oven with a Thermador and hated it completely. I've used this a few times thus far and it cooks evenly, too. After reading the instruction booklet though, I never found where it explained HOW to turn it on. All you have to do is touch the panel display! lol

Absolutely love the touch screen display! It is so simple to use. Also like the sliding rack inside the oven; it’s so simple to pull out to check on food. It literally glides! So far, it seems to cook well and evenly. Very pleased!

Love the speed in which it comes to temp plus all of the extra features... that said, I only give it 4 stars as I do not like to have to research every function to figure out how to cook something!!
