Not great in terms of first impressions.

Issues seems to require WIFI Smart set up which we did not want. It was not sized correctly for build in space (mistake of appliance store). The manual is only on - line. The visuals on the appliance are somewhat difficult to see.

OVEN not working and has had a few bad components

The oven has already had a few issue with it not working. So far the temp gauge failed, a new part was ordered, now they say the mother board is bad and a new mother board has to be ordered. With a new oven, i wish you guys could just send me a brand new Oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's good but not great

The oven works well and the user interface is so easy to navigate. The oven however makes an irritating humming and cracking noise, the grates are difficult to pull out, and takes a long time to heat up.

We'd like to assist you with your wall oven. A crackling sound is the result of the metal heating and cooling during the cooking and cleaning functions. A humming sound can result from the heating elements cycling on and off and/or the operation of the fan. Both sounds are considered normal.
As far as the racks sticking, you can put a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel. Rub the vegetable oil onto the left and right edge of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated.
