The oven is much smaller than my last GE profile 3rack convection oven. The air fryer is not very efficient.

Unreliable - broke after 3 weeks

Touchscreen went black while baking only 3 weeks after installation, so the oven cannot be used. I waited months to get the oven, now I will not have an oven for the holidays because service is not available any time soon. Otherwise, I am disappointed that you can't use advertised features like Air Fry without connecting to wi-fi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a Jenn-Aire smart oven that broke and this oven is so much better! The technology and ease of use is ridiculous. If you are a foodie, this is the oven to get!

I have only had the oven for a month but so far so good. The air fry option is nice. I replaced a 26 year old built in GE and luckily this new model fit the space perfectly. The only negative is that the steam option doesn't work like the video shows. I had pizza cheese drip on the bottom and the video shows the steam clean soften it to wipe right up. Did not work for me and I have a stain on the oven floor now.

I love the different options. I like the adjustable shelves, & the probe. I find the directions book that I printed from online useful but would like more recipes as examples of using the different cooking features. However, the pad often doesn’t recognize my finger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the headache

I’ve experienced frequent problems with this oven. Error after error, WiFi disconnection. It’s got a lot of nice features, but I do more troubleshooting than cooking with it. The heating and cooking elements are fine, but the computer is faulty and when it decides to defect, I’m left with relying on my toaster oven, microwave and standalone air fryer to get the job done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
