Execellent microwave

This is an excellent microwave. It has multiple heating and defrosting features that make heating and cooking much easier. I'm never worried that meat will go bad because the defrosting time is so quick compared to when I leave meat out on the counter to defrost. My favorite feature about this microwave is that it can be used as a regular convection oven. I save a lot of energy when I have small things to bake or roast. I no longer need to heat up the larger oven, which requires a lot more energy and would be almost empty.

New upgrade oven

Wifi function is a nice upgrade. Only knock is the app feature does not allow you to access the warming feature, plus the warming feature only goes down to 170 degrees whereas our previous oven was able to hold food at 140. At 170 you aren’t holding food you are still cooking it.

OK overall

Recent purchase, so the jury is still out. On the whole it seems like a nice oven so far, but I’ve encountered some frustrations. PROS: Touchscreen is intuitive. Bake and broil work as expected. The extension rack operates very smoothly. CONS: No consistent way to set two timers to run simultaneously. (Can do both a “kitchen” timer and a “cooking” timer IF you have a cooking function going, but not, for example, if the broiler is operating.) Flat rack is very tight and does not slide out/in smoothly--to the point that it is scratching the walls of the oven. This shouldn’t happen with a brand new oven. Z zzz

It gets hot however the fan runs all the time, even when you don't want it to run because it will dry out whatever is baking.

Food is coming out cooked as expected for the time indicated on the recipe. Outside easy to keep clean.

Love our new oven!

We have had our oven for 1 mos and so far we are very happy! I love the way it cooks. Food retains its moisture. Features are fun but practical as well. I have used the WiFi feature to pre heat ( I have been home though) and the timer which alerted me on my phone when cooking was complete. ( Had been outside gardening and didn’t hear the timer go off so this was very helpful). The overall appearance of the oven is very attractive, oven is quiet even in convection mode and oven door closes nicely. Convection roast is a favorite setting of mine, and the chicken breasts I baked came out beautifully brown. I love all the features of this oven , the glide rack , the setting choices, and it’s easy to operate .
Overall we are extremely satisfied!
