Our Built-In GE Profile Oven is Wonderful

We recently had to replace our 12 year old built-in GE Profile Oven (with which we had been pleased until it developed a non-repairable issue). After researching our options, we decided to purchase this one to replace it mostly because of its appearance, performance and quality. And, are we ever glad that we did. Our built-in GE Profile Oven is wonderful!
The upgrades/improvements over the past 12 years are fantastic. It is a smart oven ... meaning that, using our IPhones, we can turn it on to preheat before we even return home. And, with recent daylight savings time change, the oven automatically updated it's clock without our having to do it manually. Such convenience!
We have not yet had an opportunity to use the air fry feature. We have, however, used all the other features (bake, convection bake, broil, etc.) and are completely satisfied. Baking, broiling, warming temperatures are spot on accurate. Everything we have made (cookies, pastries, roasts, pizzas, etc.) has turned out better than ever before.
After using this oven for the past 30 days, we can honestly say we highly recommend the GE Profile Oven..

Great oven with great controls and features

This oven has combined several modern cooking techniques, convection, air fryer, soups vide, and bread proofing. With the Wi-Fi controls and touch screen, cooking is fun again.

Great oven! Wasn’t sure about all the “extra” features such as internet connection etc., but now realize how useful it is. Won’t go back to an oven without this feature.

Still Learning

I'm still learning to use this oven; the standard baking seems just fine. The air frying mode has given varying results; tater tots came out crispy. Breaded chicken was burned on top and soggy on bottom; putting the chicken on a rack will probably help. The one time I used the broiler, I also burned what I was cooking. I need to learn when to use the high heat versus the low heat broiler. I haven't used the convection mode yet.
My biggest complaint was that I couldn't use the air fryer or convection mode until I had connected the oven to Wi-Fi, although there seems to be no reason for that.

Love Air Fry, hate wifi

Love the air fry feature. Don’t like that I had to activate wifi to do so. Lots of people I know would not have been capable of this.

Spacious oven with great results!

So far, so good. I have only had the oven for about a month now. In that time I have made a spatchcock chicken, granola, a Basque cheesecake, and a variety of other dishes. The broil feature worked well as did the convection and bake features.
