Beautiful fridge. Horrible overall appliance.

The Fridge is beautiful and looks great but is of incredibly poor quality. We bought this fridge a year ago, and have had multiple issues. First there was condensation building up and running onto the floor. They replaced the seals and that issue improved. Then the ice maker wouldn't shut off and filled the freezer full of ice. They replaced the ice maker and now the ice maker is making a loud buzzing noise and not making ice. Stay away from GE appliances at all cost.

If the ice maker is buzzing and not making ice, it is likely that it is not getting water. Please check that the water from the house has been turned on to the refrigerator. If so, check that the reservoir has not frozen by pulling out the vegetable drawers and feeling the back wall. If this is ice cold, turn the temperature up on the fresh food section slightly. Bought this fridge in November. Covid delays etc... Now we have it and it doesn't work. Parts are months out, this is unbelievable.

We bought this a month ago and it has been great so far. The LED lighting is great and the interior space is amazing. We got the stainless steel and it looks fantastic!
After 20 years with a GE Monogram I wanted to continue with the brand. I love my Cafe!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, it seems to be exactly what we were looking for! Very stylish, we added the black stainless/copper handles. Seems to operate very well. The ice machine started cranking out ice immediately. Very happy with it to this point.

I cannot believe you would ever sell a product that is so outrageously defective. ICE IS EVERYWHERE! How many people need to complain before you come up with a permanent resolution? And don't refer to stupid videos that have nothing to do with this model. Is there a recall? A fix?
PEOPLE, do not buy. You will hate it. Read all the reviews about hating the ice maker. You would swear this is the first appliance they ever made.
