USELESS

Going on 2 months without ice. We've had this fridge for 5 month. The ice maker worked fine for the first 3 months and then it stopped. GE sent a tech and the tech they sent couldn't even find the water filter. They sent another tech and as now they still have not fixed this issue and now we have ice build up inside the freezer. I would NOT recommend this product. It looks nice, but not worth the headaches and money.

Great Size and beautiful, but beware of icemaker

I purchased in March 2020, but it was August before it was delivered because of Covid! It's beautiful and has enough room, but the icemaker is a mess. It falls freely and constantly out of the icemaker onto the floor and all through the freezer compartment. And the icemaker itself is so loud, it is unbelievable. I can hear it when I come down the steps in the morning, 3 rooms away. It's just a constant vrooom, pretty high pitched sound. Like there is never just quiet in the kitchen, it's constantly making noise. I don't know if the ice cubes falling everywhere is worse or the the constant noise.
It's very beautiful overall and fits lots of food. Also, the price was great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outside looks great!

Maybe there are attachments that I don't know about but the ice inside is a lot of work. We cannot reach the door opening to get it out so we must take out the ice box and dump the ice into coffee cans.

Extremely disappointing

Looks beautiful, but it stopped working after 1 year. No cooling, no freezing, no good. Poor ice box design, ice cubes would fly all over the freezer compartment (when it used to work). It came with the wrong label and I couldn’t connect it to the app. Useless.

Not good

Very expensive fridge. Multiple repairs starting from day one with issues. Refrigerator and freezer never seem to maintain target temp. Technicians replaced multiple parts including seal around door and mother board. It’s now June of 2024 and I continue to lose money due to unsafe food in fridge. Highly unpredictable and very expensive. Not worth it.

great value for a professional fridge

Only issue I have is the ice machine dumps ice in to the freezer. Not user friendly adn wish I would have gotten it without an ice maker

Nice size and very useable

We bought this refer because it was a side by side with no indoor ice or water creating a very clean look. The only thing that we wish was different was the ice maker in freezer. It makes small ice cubes and larger ones would be preferred
