[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this printer to replace a long series of inkjet printers and I've been very happy with it. I'm looking forward to the ink not drying out as is common with ink jet that is used infrequently. My only wish would be the ability to auto-duplex. Two items to be aware of: 1. Make sure you follow the setup directions. There are several steps that need to be done in order or you'll have to start over again.
2. In order to scan, you need to activate the scanner from the HP Smart app. It works great, but I kept trying to find a button on the printer and there isn't one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer about month ago and have discovered it’s not as good as I hoped it to be. Printing double sided is a nightmare, I’m not a fan of the paper try not fully going back in after opening. Hard to set up WiFi printing and mobile printer. Takes forever to print black and white pages.
