Poor WiFi connection and glitchy App

I’ve had this for a couple years but I noticed within the first year that the WiFi would just lose connection. My disappointment is with the wifi connection and the fact that the unit does not automatically reset when new filters are installed. I’ve done all the steps to try and connect it, but I just manually turn it off and on each evening. Also, there’s a high pitch whirring that started up even though I’ve kept it clean and swapped filters in a timely manner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use these filters in a 500 series unit in my basement to reduce the smell of cat litter and to remove the dust from the litter, dryer and sub floor dust from above. They do a good job and I've been using them for many years.
The only problem is that the filters are way too expensive.

I love these air purifiers. We have 3 of them covering our entire house. I know the air is so much cleaner and it has decreased our allergy symptoms dramatically. There's pollen everywhere-on the outside windows, our cars, everywhere, but the air is clean inside the house and it has made a huge difference. I absolutely recommend them!

My daughter bought this for me because I lived in an apt that had mold. I have since moved but use this daily and have great air. I have it in my bedroom.

So after a bit now a strange toxic smell like glue coming from purifier only change is these crazy expensive filters won't be buying again going back to cheeper
