Bring back the old filters

So upset that I bought the Classic 605 purifier around 18 mo ago... Thought it was a long-term investment but now this company doesn't even make good filters for my expensive machine anymore!

The smell is very strong

I read many review on the smell but brushed it off thinking it’s a one off issue but I too started experiencing strong odor from my classic 605 unit with dual filter. Hope Blueair can fix this as these filters are pretty expensive.

Dual protection filter omits smell after a month.

This filter emits a smell after a month. Really disappointing. Doesn’t work as well as the one I had in 2016. I implore anyone who is considering getting a Blueair purifier - to strongly consider not doing so. Plain and simply an unsafe company to entrust to purify air. They’ve went from top of the tree to bottom of the barrel.

Need better filters

Purchased the 605 last year, after hearing great things. But the filters are a rip off. No smoke stop filter as I was expecting and the particle filter is pure trash for the $$$$. Will you breaking the smokestop filters again ever? Looking at the reviews people have been slamming your filters for the past 3 years ever since you stopped making the smokestop filters. Pointless to use such a premium system with yje cheapest filters.

Dual protection filters are not working

Dual protection filters are not working after just 1 month of use. They were providing some relief to paint fumes that were causing allergic reaction. I thought the charcoal filters worked for 6 months. So disappointed

Please rest assured that all of our purifiers are rigorously tested and have their CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) verified by AHAM, The Association of Home Appliances, an independent testing organization considered to be the gold standard for determining the safety and performance of air purifiers, so your DualProtection filters are absolutely removing VOCs from your home's air. For large accumulations of VOCs, we do recommend a layered approach and encourage ventilating your home for at least 15 minutes a day.

Dual protection smell strange and don’t work well! They are no where near as good as the smoke stop and the have a strange smell. My throat was burning from the smell. They are just not worth the money anymore.

Filters Stink so bad we can’t use the filter. These are our second set of filters. The design makes it hard to clean the fan.

It has done its job perfectly for three years. Initially purchased because I moved to an apartment that had a smoke smell that caught in my throat. This took care of that. I have since moved but keep it on 24 hrs a day. With two cats no one would know they are here. Job well done!
