Having a Blast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 6 burner gas range top with a 36" Bosch induction top after 30 years. There's a lot of learning about power settings for various pans, but it is so responsive when we need less or more power. We can actually have more going on at one time than our older and bigger gas range. And we love being able to put parchment paper under a frying pan to make cleanup super easy, besides having a handy place to leave a spoon or spatula, or even additional ingredients waiting to be added.
We do wish there were more YouTubes or a class offered to pick up more tips, but we are having fun, while making notes on recipes about power levels to save time the next occasion we use a recipe.

Better than gas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous cooktop. The extra large burner is perfect for your very large pots (5 gallon or bigger). Heats up instantly and the control of the heating zones is immediate. The ability to join two heating zones into one gigantic zone makes sautéing with a broiling pan easy.
Spills cleanup quickly and the surface of the cooktop does not get that hot making it an ideal purchase if you have children in the house.
I swore by gas for years, I have been converted!

36” Range love it

induction cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my first induction experience. i found the user manual to not be as useful as it should/could be. the cooktop seems to work pretty good although i still have issues with not really knowing which zone i'm in. i also find the imprinted information on the bottom to be somewhat difficult to read. i'm sure once i start get more used to using it i will hopefully be able to give it a better rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our 36" Benchmark cooktop is 3 years old. Zero problems. We love the quick warm up of pans, the fact that surrounding cooktop adjacent to an active unit remains cool, the ability to set a simmer temperature and know it will not change indefinitely, the fact that our kitchen does not get warm while cooking multiple pans plus it is super easy to clean and looks attractive in our kitchen
