Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new cooktop. It works great for using a large griddle over one whole side of the cooktop. The count up timer as well as kitchen timer on the cooktop are wonderful. Luckily, we have a light over our cooktop. Otherwise it would be extremely difficult to see the little numbers that tell you what heating level you are at. Sometimes when I have a pan on the cooktop, it seems to heat more toward the inside part of the cooktop rather than the outer edge. It is very very sensitive to showing fingerprints and dust and really needs to be cleaned frequently

AMAZING! Top of the line cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I LOVE my Bosch Induction Cooktop. I wanted flexibility and this cooktop has it. This cooktop is so intuitive and easy to work with. It is easy to clean and adds a touch of class to my kitchen. I can cook multiple dishes at one time with the Flex Zones. I highly recommend this cooktop. The only option on the cooktop that I can not use is the hood control. It does not work with our hood. But this is not a major issue for me. Maybe in the future, they will devise a way to be able to control any hood from your cooktop.

Simple, beautiful, and perfect

At first glance I thought it would take a while to learn, but it is so straight forward and simple. The controls and well designed and it's easy to use. It auto detects one pan which is nice. I love the two side spaces that combine to one big space. The power boost is awesome and heats water super fast. We got nice heavy bottomed pans so there is no buzzing. Temperature adjusts immediately when you choose a higher or lower heat. Easy to clean as well. I love that the cooktop doesn't ever get super hot so I won't be worried about one of my kids getting burned. I couldn't be happier.

Love my new Inductin Cooktp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my new induction cooktop. Have only had it for 2 weeks, but already I wonder how I ever cooked without it. The burst setting is great. Can heat up a pot of water to cook shrimp in the blink of an eye. My husband makes a seared scallop dish and he can't believe how easy it is to get perfectly seared scallops using the auto chef.
Clean up is so easy. I can wipe up spills as soon as they happen.
Love the fact that there are no nobs; my counter top has a smooth clean look to it.

Wonderful Performance from this Cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third induction cooktop, the previous two being "luxury" brands and very disappointing. When our previous cooktop died, we decided to go with the 36 inch Bosch Flex Induction and so far we are thrilled with our choice. The Bosch cooktop is powerful and very responsive. We are enjoying using the flex induction feature which performs beautifully, especially when using a rectangular griddle. It works much better than the bridge does on other brands because the element is evenly hot throughout the entire surface. The only negative that I have found so far is the fact that there are not individual contols for each hob, which is what I was used to. It is taking me a while to get used to one main control for all the burners. It is cumbersome when you have more than one pot on the cooktop to continually have to go back and forth just to change the settings on each element. In my opinion it is much easier to have individual controls for each burner. Overall the excellent performance of this cooktop makes up for the less than ideal controls.

Love it!

We have had our 36” Benchmark flex cooktop for two years. Love everything about it. Very quick warm up of cookware. Exquisite temperature control. Love being able to put newspaper around cookware when frying to catch oil spatters. Does not heat the kitchen even when using all units. Very easy to clean. No scratches despite using a cast steel pan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Way to Cook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this cooktop for about 18 months. It is a well designed, looks very nice and is a very enjoyable way to cook. Induction cooking is amazing. This cooktop heats liquids up very rapidly. It really is like cooking with gas in that it is very easy to control the temperature unlike other non-induction electric cooktops.
It also is super easy to clean the glass. We use a little vinegar and a microfiber cloth and it easily wipes off the glass.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars is becuase about 6 months after we owned it, the control board failed. Bosch sent out a technician a few days later and replaced it under warranty. I would not hessitate for one moment to buy another one the next time I move.
