Amazing and Gorgeous Induction Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this cooktop for 4 days, and have only cooked two things (does boiling water count?) but am in LOVE !! It is quiet and super responsive to temperature adjustments, and boils water for my tea in less than 2 minutes! Cleanup is a breeze and it looks beautiful. If I ever do actually cook, I have so much room on the surface it will accomodate every pot/skillet/grill that i own :)

Good and interesting cooktop, but read up first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was traded up to the 36" model by circumstances. It's attractive, relatively easy to clean, easy to learn the basics. But sales, installation and service all assured me a 30amp circuit was sufficient, but the manual says 50 amp. The buzz takes getting used to. The bridging functions are great, if not necessary given the responsiveness of the technology. And some "how-tos" are less than obvious to find. All in all though, if the circuitry holds up it will be very good to have as a cooktop

Great stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its taken a little bit of time to get used to the induction method of cooking but I found the temperature control very precise. The large workspace holds multiple large pots and pans. There are still many features have not uised but the autochef works great as does the speed boost.

Bosch Induction Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are not new to induction cooking, we have had another major brand cooktop however the Bosch outperforms the other brand by far. When the cooktop gets a little steamy it does not shut off the control. I will even add that it brings water to boil much faster than any gas cooktop or the experience I had with another brand induction cooktop.

Although cooking with induction has many benefits, it takes some time to get used to it, and it requires metal cookware that is compatible with induction. This is common to all induciton cooking. This cooktop performs wonderfully. However, the touch controls could be more intuitive, and the manual could be made clearer with more pictures and links to video tutorials.

Moving into a new Century

LOVE my Induction Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally in love with my new Induction cooktop! With the power boost feature I can boil water faster than the microwave, and the precise temperature controls allow me to easily simmer soups and stews for hours. My largest round skillet fits perfectly in the center "eye" , heating evenly from edge to edge. The surface area accommodates cooking utensils and other items without becoming warm from the cooking area. There are no hot-spots to deal with like conventional electric cooktops, and the surface is easy to clean because spills don't burn! With no greenhouse emissions to worry about, induction is the way to go!!
