Bosch Induction Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very satisfied with the cooktop. We spent time researching which cooktop we wanted for retirement age and it is exactly what we hoped for. We've especially come to appreciate the AutoChef feature. Only issue was we had to make some adaptions to the drawer beneath it due to the cooktop's depth.

Great product!

I've owned this cooktop for 3 years. The temperature control is immediate. Right pans (cast iron or stainless steel) work perfectly with this cooktop. It is easy to clean and I've gotten numerous compliments on it. Highly recommend this and the Bosch wall oven.

Better Than Electric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a Cooktop that is better than electric, this is by far the way to go. One requirement though is steel pans or any cooking pan that a magnet will stick to. Cooking time is reduced dramatically. I would have rated this five stars, but the surface of this Cooktop is can be scratched. Caution is required.

Cool, Clean and Easy

Better than gas, infrared, and electric coils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Bosch 800 30" induction for 7 years now. The auto chef allows us with its precise temp control to fry foods like a restaurant at home. The boost feature heats things up 2 to 4 times faster than other stove tops. Super easy to clean. I only deep clean the glass surface once every 2 years using oven cleaner, use magic eraser about once every 3 months, and fantastic and paper towel daily. Easy. I don't understand the scratching complaints, may be they are using cast iron? I have no scratches. It uses much less electricity and kitchen is cooler when cooking during holidays. It does require new pans (test with magnets), thankfully there are more companies making induction pans. The electric coils are the worst cook tops, infrared burns the food onto the glass top and is difficult to clean, but is not bad like the coils. Gas is nice if the heat output is high enough but had lots of carbon buildup and spent hours cleaning. Induction is by far the best!
I would recommend this to a friend!
