A very good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago and have used it 3-4 times a day in our family and have had it checked by our doctor for accuracy and has always came out excellent. We just wore out the arm cuff and went on line and ordered a replacement and we are very happy with the quality of it also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor performance

I purchased the 785 May 5, 2014. I find the cuff doesn't fit well, it frequently reports errors and now is not inflating even though I have followed all directions. I have plugged it in to an outlet thinking perhaps the battery notification was not working and the same problems continue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Accuracy?

Bought this monitor a month ago and I have to question it's accuracy. I have 2 other monitors and this new one reads consistently 10% lower than the older ones. Not really happy as my older ones read about the same as my doctor's.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Off and on

I have used this monitor for the past two years. It works well some of the time but other times it is difficult to get the cuff placement even after following all the directions religiously and keep getting E1. If I use it daily for awhile it gives that error. I noticed that if I do not use it for a few days and then come back it works erll for a few days and then the E1 error starts coming back consistently. So I have been happy some of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excelent product at a fraction of the cost of W-A

I am a retired Physician. I have used OMRON products most of my career because they provide very good performance at a fraction of the price of similar Welch-Allen instruments. I purchased the Model 10 BP monitor for my own home use because I am familiar with it's excellent performance and quality workmanship.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an older model and find it a lot easier to use with the spring cuff. The pulse indicator and "irregular pulse" warning icon have come in very handy,too.
